About Me
Hello, thank you for stopping by.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who graduated from JFK University School of Holistic Studies in 2013. Since that time I have had the pleasure of working with individuals, couples, families, and children in a myriad of settings. I practice a relational, holistic approach to therapy, drawing from my intuition and bringing a sense of humor into the healing process.
I my work, I believe that the therapeutic relationship is the foundation for the healing and growth process and that is reflected in the time and care I take in getting to know my clients through a genuine sense curiosity of who they are in the present and how their path to get here shaped them along the way.
My path to becoming a therapist was shaped by growing up in a big, complex, loving family and observing the many ways people relate—both in beautiful and challenging ways. This sparked my desire to deeply understand human emotion and relationships, and to help others along in their personal journeys towards authenticity and connection.
In the therapy room, I see healing as a lifelong journey. It’s not something we “finish,” but an ongoing process of growth and discovery as we move through different stages of life.
My goal is to help you align with your true, authentic self in a way that feels compassionate, lighthearted, and meaningful.
